SLAY Boutique Shipping and Pre-Order Policy

At Slay Boutique, we know you're excited to receive your new styles! This policy outlines everything you need to know about processing and shipping your order.

Order Processing Time

The time it takes to get your order ready for shipment is separate from the shipping time itself.

*Standard Processing:Β Please allowΒ 2-3 business daysΒ for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipping.

*Business Days:Β Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

*Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

*Pre-Orders:Β Items marked as "Pre-Order" (like our Crimson CrushΒ set) have specific shipping windows listed on the product page. These dates are estimates, and we will notify you via email if there are any significant changes.

*Mixed-Orders:Β To keep shipping costs low for you, orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship togetherΒ once the pre-order item is ready. If you need you in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery address. We offer the following estimated delivery options:

Shipping method- Estimated Transit Time (After Processing)- Cost

Standard Shipping- 3 to 5 Business days- Calculated at checkout

Priority Shipping- 2 to 3 Business days - Calculated at checkoutΒ 

NOTE:Β Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The transit times listed above are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) and are not guaranteed by SLAY Boutique.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • PO Boxes and APO/Β FPO Addresses:Β We ship to addresses withinΒ the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O boxes and military addresses will be sent via USPS.
  • International Shipping: Slay Boutique is thrilled to offer shipping to customers around the world!

Estimated Delivery

  • International Transit Time:Β Typically takesΒ 7-21 business daysΒ after processing, though this can vary significantly due to customs clearance processes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Crucial Information)

  • Customer Responsibility:Β All orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, custom fees, tariffs, and local taxes (including VAT/GST) charged by the destination country.
  • Slay Boutique is NOT responsible for these charges. These fees are collected by your country's customs agency and the courier at the time of delivery or before.
  • Payment:Β Customers are responsible for paying all fees imposed by their government to receive their package. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to Slay Boutique.
  • Refusal of Package:Β If a customer refuses a package due to failure to pay customs duties and taxes, the cost of the original shipping, plus any return shipping fees and custom penalties charged to Slay Boutique, will be deducted from any potential refund.

We highly recommend international customers research their country's customs and import policies to understand the potential charges before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Slay Boutique isΒ NOT responsible for any packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Β Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at shopslayboutique01@yahoo.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a return or replacement.
