The SLAY Boutique Return Policy

We want you to feel fierce and confident in every piece you purchase! If your new items aren't quite right, we're here to help you find something that truly makes you SLAY.

Return Eligibility & Time FrameΒ 

  • We happily accept returns forΒ Store credit ONLY or anΒ ExchangeΒ (for a different size/color of the same item) withinΒ 14 daysΒ of the original delivery date.
  • We DO NOT issue refundsΒ back to your original payment method.Β 

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in perfect, resalable condition:

  • Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered:Β Items must show no signs of wear.
  • Original Tags Attached:Β All SLAY Boutique tags must be securely fastened.
  • Clean Condition:Β Items must be free of pet hair, strong odors (like smoke or perfume), deodorant marks, makeup stains, and any damage.
  • Footwear: Β Shoes must be returned in their original box, and the box must be placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.Β 

Final Sale Items (Cannot Be Returned)

The following items are consideredΒ FINAL SALEΒ and areΒ NOT eligible for store credit or exchange:

*All Pre-Orders

*Accessories (jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, hats)

* Bodysuits, Swimwear, and intimatesΒ 

* Items purchased at a discount of 30%Β or more

* Gift cardsΒ 

How to Process a Return

  1. Start Your Return:Β Email our Customer Care team at shopslayboutique01@yahoo.com with yourΒ Order NumberΒ and the item(s) you wish to send back within the 14- day window.
  2. Shipping:Β The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method, asΒ SLAY BoutiqueΒ is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  3. Processing:Β Once we receive and inspect your return (this takes 3-5 business days), we will email you confirmation of your approval.
  4. Credit Issued:Β An ElectronicΒ Store CreditΒ (via e-gift card) will be issued to your email address. This credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase!

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that isΒ defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product,Β contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at shopslayboutique01@yahoo.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement.

Cancellations

* Pre-Order Cancellations:Β We allow a 24-hour grace periodΒ after a pre-order is placed for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order is locked into our production cycle and cannot be cancelled.Β
