Pre-Order Policy

*Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to secure your item.

*Shipping Timelines: Estimated shipping dates (e.g., Late April for Crimson Crush) are our best estimates. While we aim to stick to these, slight delays in production can happen.

*Mixed Orders: If you order an "in-stock" item and a "Pre-Order" item together, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. (If you want them sent separately, please place two different orders).

*Cancellations: Pre- orders can be cancelled for a full refund withing 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is locked into our production/inventory cycle.
